Warranty - Returns

All products purchased from American Holdings, L.L.C., by and through its subsidiary: www.garagetips-101.com, are warranted for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase subject to the following limitations:
1: Product must be assembled and installed in accordance with the instructions included within the shipping container for said product.
2: Product shall not be loaded beyond its structural capacity and/or weight limitations.
3: Product failure due to improper assembly, installation or loading is excluded from warranty.
4: Product used for purposes other than intended is excluded from warranty.
Your warranty document will be included with the instruction document with each product item ordered.
Do not return product if you have missing or defective parts. Call the toll free number: 1-800-990-6003 and we will send you the missing or defective parts - free of charge.
All product returns must be addressed to: Diamond Storage Concepts LLC - 5130 W. Patrick Lane - Las Vegas, Nevada 89118. No product returns will be accepted after thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. All product return items will be inspected for use and damage before credit is issued and will be subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. Product items returned with damage or evidence of usage which cannot be resold as new, are subject to a thirty percent (30%) restocking fee.
All product items must be returned in their original shipping boxes and properly packaged to avoid damage in return shipping. Aforesaid purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs and charges.
All HyLoft® products are backed by a thirty (30) day money back guarantee. Product items that arrive damaged will not be accepted. If the aforesaid purchaser wishes to return any product item purchased, said purchaser must call 1-800-990-6003 and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). Product items returned without an RA number will be refused. Returns sent COD will be refused.
